Measuring 300,000sq ft over 10 floors, this huge Oxford Street landmark is the former textile headquarters for Tootal, Broadhurst, Lee. We have undertaken extensive works to the Grade II* listed building and its linked site, the Grade II Lee House.

Removing layers of later interventions, we have repaired, refurbished and revealed original structure and features, working on every floor of the building. We have created bespoke internal office fit outs, balancing contemporary needs with historic character, and completed external repair schemes to the terracotta and faience facades. Most recently we secured permission for EV charging points and rooftop solar panels, bringing the building firmly into the 21st century.
