The conversion of a 17th century former coach house, cottage and stables to create a courtyard development of unique homes, all within the beautiful setting of Smithills Hall and Country Park. Removing decades of inappropriate additions to the buildings, we added sensitive new interventions and exposed original features at this Jones Homes scheme. The project successfully repurposed the Grade II listed buildings, transforming them into a characterful and popular housing development.
