ARCHITECTURE + HERITAGE
OPTION APPRAISALS + FEASIBILITY STUDIES
From disused mills, redundant Victorian baths, and derelict hospital buildings to brownfield land parcels, and vacant sites in Conservation Areas – our approach to feasibility studies is as individual as the sites we have worked on.
We enjoy finding creative solutions, but understand potential is based on viability. Our studies include detailed site and context analysis, scale and massing alternatives, concept designs, block plans, and 3d computer modelling.
Experienced in navigating the planning system, we know how to deal with complex sites, including listed assets and Conservation Areas. Our architects can produce modern sustainable designs using new technologies, whilst our in-house heritage specialist can complete Significance Assessments and Heritage Impact Statements where needed.
Over our 40 years in practice, we have built strong relationships with specialists and professionals and are able to assemble teams to cover all aspects of feasibility. Clients include local authorities, private developers and heritage asset owners seeking grant funding.
