Atelier MB gained a unique insight into the history of this listed trade warehouse through extensive in-house research, enabling us to uncover its secrets and justify informed repair work alongside clever and sensitive new interventions.

With 6 stories above a basement and sub-basement, c.54,000 sq ft of useable city centre office space has now been brought back into use with original features exposed and a brand-new modern circulation core and contemporary services added. It is once more a viable commercial offering, successfully attracting tenants from the creative sectors who can enjoy a newly added rooftop garden and uniquely crafted workspace.
