The Boat House, Northenden
Works to an historic Boathouse in a Conservation Area in South Manchester - Conversion into 3 cottage style houses with a new rear extension.
Completed in 2014, this work has regenerated a semi-derelict building which had blighted the Conservation Area for a number of years. The rear extension is contemporary, but sympathetic to the the building.
