Atelier Heritage undertook a full building assessment for an early 19th century Grade II listed villa on Swinton Grove, close to Gaskell House. Originally built as two properties, the houses were joined and later sub-divided to form flats. 

We provided comprehensive historical research and an assessment of heritage significance to give the owner a clear understanding of the property, documenting its evolution, identifying different phasing, and providing an assessment of component parts.
