A full restoration and dramatic contemporary extension to an existing Grade II listed farmhouse in Bolton to form a new large family dwelling. With careful historical research and negotiation with the conservation officer and the Council, we have achieved a significant extension to this farmhouse in the Green Belt.

 

This project, completed in 2013, was nominated for the North West RICS design awards and the North West Construction Awards 2014.
