Underused space in a former Ancoats spinning mill, converted to flagship offices by AtelierMB. 

 

Our design response respects the character and historic structure of this Grade II* listed building whilst providing a diverse working environment for an expanding IT company, all within the confines of a single ground floor unit.  

 

By employing a considered use of zoning, some careful re-routing of services, and by working closely alongside our client, we have successfully created a multi-purpose office combining effective open plan work space, private meeting pods and a warm and informal communal area. Carefully balancing bespoke requirements with the flexibility to grow and adapt, and sympathetic modern interventions with existing historic features, the result is a unique response to a unique space.
