This C17th half timbered former merchants house in the heart of Tudor Nantwich, needed a significant package of dilapidations repairs due to a long term retail tenancy coming to an end. Working with specialists and following a condition survey, we prepared and oversaw the completion of extensive structural and envelope repairs. This included replacement of rotten oak members, and the reinstatement of daub and lime rendered panels.
