Working for Helical, and following our success at Churchgate house, this 8 storey grade II listed building was completely overhauled inside and out. Extensive communictaion with the City Council and the Conservation Officer ensured a smooth delivery and an outcome that is welcomed by all stakeholders.

The floor plates have been rationalised and services exposed revealing the raw industrial beauty of the building for the first time in many years.

The design of the new enlarged lobby layout was the product of extensive historical research and was completely re-worked once opened up to ensure that the historic fabric was respected.

Some CAT B floor fitouts, that had an Atelier MB input are included here including the basement and top floor.
