The conversion of a former auction house on Charles Street, Manchester, required a Heritage Impact Statement due to its position within the setting of a listed building and its identification as a non-designated heritage asset.

Atelier Heritage were able to provide analysis of the site and of the impact of the proposals upon the building and its surroundings, helping to gain planning consent. The venue now offers live music, a basement club, an attic bar with roof terrace, and food and drink over four floors of re-purposed space.
